Job description
• Solving electrical breakdowns and circuit problems with technical proficiency to ensure effective and quick services to remove down time losses
• Install and maintain motors, lighting fixtures, generators and circuit breakers.
• Perform operational maintenance of machines/equipment
• Commissioning of coal boiler and operation.
• Installing all kinds of valves and calibration (solenoid valve, gate and ball valve).
• Perform fault diagnosis, installation and removal of bearings
• Strong ability on boiler operation wiring installation and full operation (Coal and bunker).
• Strong ability to stall water softener piping layout and electrical
• Strong ability to analyze water using to boiler operation, such as (hardness, TDS, alkalinity using titration by aquamerck and other test instrument).
• Knowledge on Hydraulic pump repair and its operational.
• Perform installation and removal of mechanical seals and gland packing.
• Inspecting and fixing electrical equipment, to improve operational efficiency, and thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives considerably
• Testing and installing electrical wiring system to have necessary power flow, and solving departmental problems in connection with such technical matters
