• Develop Excel sheet used for BGC Tracker using the VBA programming.

• Allowed to add and modify Inventory on Excel files.
• Monitor and update our Service Now for ticket assigned.
• Receiving the new delivery item/s for the AIGSS – IT Asset like Desktop, Laptops etc.
o Certify to receive the proper documents regarding the new delivered units/material.
o Acknowledge to count the units/material receive from the vendor.
o Ensure to receive in good condition and same count as requested.
• Ensure the proper safe keeping of all Hardware/Software particularly laptops, desktops, IP Phones, software installer and other computer peripherals of company assets.
• Checking the availability of the units for client’s request.
• Coordinate to the company supplier for the warranty of defective/s unit.
• Make sure providing the support documents for issuing the units under IT Assets.
• Secure the units working before endorsement.
• Provides the latest list of Guard’s reference for outgoing units.

• Provide support for the company Cebu Pacific, Inc.
• Secure position of Service Desk in the absence of employee.
• Provides business-clients with efficient support – Response to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests. Provide an effective, professional response and solution(s) to reported problems.
• Allowed to add and modify Inventory on Excel files.
• Monitoring of Group and Individual ticket under IT-Asset team using Cherwell Software.
• Receiving the new delivery for the Cebu Pacific – IT Asset.

o Connect laptops and desktops to Domain.
o Provide standard configuration for desktop and laptops
