Job Description

 

Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Specialists for new requirements, new strategies, calendar of events to attend and other related recruitment concern.
Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to identify each position’s requirements and join brainstorming and as well as it’s calibration.
Utilize Job Portals (e.g Jobstreet, Monster,  Linkedin) to post and retrieve applications from Job Advertisements.
Utilize social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Create professional articles or creative marketing ideas to be posted in different websites such social media platforms to attract a candidate’s interest in the job opportunities that have been offered.
Interact with professionals on niche platforms.
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Send recruiting emails and communicate with passive yet potential candidates to encourage applying for our requirements.
Develop a stronger network of potential candidates in the market and persuade these professionals to refer from their other network connections.
Touch base past candidates on pool for new job opportunities.
Log candidates information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports.
