Serve as M&E staff over last 10 years with many organizations. Managed and implemented all M&E activities as ;Manager, M&E’ of ‘Nobojatra’ project under FFP of USAID implemented by CODEC collaboration with Winrock International and provided necessary technical assistance in quality execution of agriculture and livelihood component. Coordinated M&E activities of entire ongoing projects of Rupantar as ‘Central M&E Coordinator’ through supportive supervision of assigned M&E staffs. Provided necessary technical support in delivering projects like WASH, Child Protection, Governance and Women’s Political Empowerment’ supported respectively by Water Aid Bangladesh, UNICEF, USAID-Justice for All and Swiss Agency for International Development and Cooperation (SDC). Played key roles of organization particularly ensured necessary project deliverables like reports and other write-up in line with their given templates as well as produced Annual reports for the organization. Assisted with fund raising team in construct project proposal for timely submission of RFQs to the donors. Another significant involvement as M&E Officer with World Vision Bangladesh in ‘Area Development Program’ comprised with four projects of economic development, health, education and sponsorship management. Currently I have been serving as M&E Officer in ‘Self-reliance project of BRAC under Humanitarian Crisis Management Program funded by World Food Program for Forcedly Displaced Mayanmer Nationals (FDMN) communities at Cox’s Bazar in providing necessary technical support through ensure beneficiary profiling, conduct base-line survey, developing result chain, M&E Framework and monitoring tools as well.
