Nature of Work:
Operate the point of sales (POS) system, including handling of cash, credit card, city ledger and casino points as well as refunds in accordance with the cash handling procedures.
Generate daily sales reports, balance total cash, city ledger and credit card sales receipts submitting them to supervisors/managers for verification.
Enthusiastically provide information to guests regarding rates, special events, facility reservations, services and general information pertaining to the facility
Maintain current product knowledge of events and facilities of City of Dreams Manila, including gaming, spa, recreation, food and beverage and entertainment, ensuring guests receive accurate, timely information and advice.
Ensures that the safety of guests and employees is the highest priority.
Provide prompt, efficient and professional customer service to guests of City of Dreams Manila by ensuring that all guests are addressed in a polite and courteous manner.
Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every guest.
Communicate with guests while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Understands and strictly adheres to Standard Operating Procedure.
Handle guests requests/inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
