Duties & Responsibilities:
• Main In-charge of Supplier Source Inspection (SSI) in Overseas and Local Suppliers for Qualification, Certification and Re-Certification & Actual AR&R Training.
• Conduct Supplier Source Inspection Audit (SSI OGI System Confirmation Audit, SSI Patrol & Readiness Audit)
• Create overall Supplier Source Inspection Plan / activities
• Consolidate report generated in Supplier Source Inspection activities.
• Monitor all SSI Requirements and supplier compliance.
• Conducts Suppliers Quality System Audit.
• Internal Quality Auditor (ISO 9001 & ISO14001)
• Implement Documents such as Incoming Inspection Standard, Incoming Verification List and Incoming Inspection Master Table (IIS, IVL and IMT).
• Informs immediate superior and /or related of the discrepancies found during the Product safety audit.
• Ensures that model specifications and requirements are correct and met prior qualification.
• Consolidation of Customer Quality Data.
• Support in conducting Product Safety audit with UL, CSA, TUV auditors.
• Prepare needed materials for customer audit.
• Support in creating new purchase requisition (PR) of the department.
• Support to Engineer in daily activity such as verification of Manufacturing Daily NG reject
