·         Main responsibilities are; supervise and delegate tasks to Project Managers during Afterhours

·         Mentor and train new team members in study management, customer/client interaction and different End to End and Sample Only project specifics.

·         Attend training and pilot sessions for new and updated systems, programming platforms to effectively train team members.
