BASIC FUNCTION
Manage the set-up and maintenance team whose charter is to provide reliable and highly capable Transmission units such as assigned by supervisor and manager.
To assemble high quality and effective transmission for testing and assembly with the most efficient manner on time for additional lines, line conversion and for audit purposes.
Full support to preventive maintenance activity.
Decision making.
Report to supervisor/manager the issues and concerns.
Team motivation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attends to the request and recommendation from other Department/Division regarding request of new Transmission Unit, modification and improvement while attaining high quality of manual Transmission efficiency and effectiveness.
Escalate maintenance and set-up issues or delay in a real time manner to supervisor/manager for quick resolution.
Performs machine trouble shooting and set-up in a most effective and immediate manner at Desired Station.
Conforms to which audit to ensures professionalism, good housekeeping, standardization and safely.
Promotes understanding and ensures implementation of company and division policies, regulation and program in his team.
Publish maintenance and set-up team machine trouble report on a daily basis.
Ensure that all newly commissioned endorsed equipment issues are attended and resolved quickly.
Support production on any related machine trouble in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify the need for the Transmission, upgrade and improvement at Low Cost but In High Quality
Identify the need for equipment jigs and fixtures.
Ensure all Station in our area at assembly line is all fully operational, free from distortion and hassle free to use.
Responsible for All the No goods Units and Make High Quality Transmission.
Record all Lines stop for easy reference and proper planning of work load.
Act fast in all lines troubles to eliminate costumer complain.
Follow all Standardization to promote high Quality Products at Low Cost.
Attend Circle Meeting Discussion at Previous Production and eliminate all Problems at Assembly Line.
Familiarized Transmission troubles and the techniques in repairing a certain Unit.
