v  Supervisor at Loadcenter Builders Corporation (LCBC) under The Kinetic Group

(February 2013 – April 2013)

a.       Supervises on the fabrication, assembling down to shipping of Panel boards, LVSG, MTS, ATS, Motor Control Panels, Busbar Gutters, Circuit Breaker Gutters, Pullbox and Cable trays for both Electrical and Auxiliary.

b.      Take charge on wiring installation of Control Panels, LVSG and MTS.

v  Site Engineer at Kinetic Phils. Electrical Construction Inc. (February 2013 – January 2014)

Project Handled:        1. INDUSTRIA at Circulo Verde Mall

a.       Prepare daily activities as per site conditions and relay it to the foreman.

a.       Review plan drawings and designs and check revisions and Field Change Notices and relays it to Sub-con construction managers and supervisors.

b.      Checks daily activities and make sure that installations are properly made based on the approved construction drawings and typical installation drawings.

c.       Makes timely coordination with supervisors of other trades (mechanical, civil, piping) for areas having design problems.

d.      Prepares and fill-up checklist regarding on the status of motors installed.

e.       Informs QA/QC supervisors for motors ready for Solo-run testing.

f.       Prepare MCCs and conducts pre-test on motors (i.e. rotation check, LCS functional test) before solo-run testing.

g.       Supervise motor solo-run testing and make reports regarding on the status of completed motor solo-run test and relays it to team leaders, superintendent, manager and clients for their info and verifications.

h.      Assists Vendor of VSD panel setting and participates on troubleshooting.

i.        Conducts testing and troubleshooting on fire alarm system both indoor and outdoor.

j.        Conducts also testing on Inergen fire alarm and suppression system.

k.      Prepares and revise drawings with regards to actual site conditions and issues Field Change Notice.

l.        Assists in repairing VSD (Variable Speed Drive) equipment (ACS800 from ABB).
