Recruitment

– Post job vacancies in internet, barangay, school, and bulletin board.

– Conduct on-site flyering and other sourcing strategies to elicit good          number of candidates.

– Conduct paper screening and invite candidates for initial interview

– Perform personal interview and shortlist candidates for the next interview  with the department managers and executive officers

– Conduct examination as one of the filters of the selection process.

– Assist candidates and interviewer all throughout the process of selection.

– Conduct short background investigation, following the form, to shortlisted candidates prior to the HRD Manager’s interview.

– Do the exit interview for resigned TMs.

Pre-employment and Boarding

– Give list of pre-employment requirements to all hired candidates who accepted the job offer.

– Monitor improvement of candidates who are completing their requirements.

– Prepare government  and company enrollment  forms  prior to deployment

– Endorse candidates  with complete  requirements  for orientation.

– Introduce the new hire to the organization  by means of routing to different departments.

– Filing 201 file and register hired applicants in Biometrics, HRIS, Softrak and SAP.

– Accomplish weekly recruitment report which will be presented to the MANCOM.

– Prepare monthly Internal Manning Report

– Prepare and consolidate MPs Manning Report which will be submitted to Accounting Department and Customer Relations Department

– Prepare monthly TMP Manning Report

– Accomplish monthly DOLE Mancount Report
