 To perform instillation, repairs and preventive maintenance jobs in
Production Maintenance with respect to its mechanical, electrical, control
system, PLC and host PC.
 Proper checking of machines breakdown such as CNC machines,
Hydraullic machines, Pneumatics and Automations.
 Repairing also hand tools machine likes, Hand drill, Screw drill machine,
Hand grinder, Pneumatic drill and reviter machines.
 To report in writing all abnormalities noticed after corrective actions have
been done.
 Sees to it that system and procedures are properly followed and
maintained.
 Accomplishes regularly and accurate all preventive maintenance
checklists and forms for proper monitoring and record purposes.

 To update and perform all related documents and forms such as condition
based monitoring checklists to a specific task.
 Ensure that all tools needed are returned complete and in good condition.
 To ensure all returned spare items are good and endorsed to warehouse
for safekeeping.

 Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.

Examine and inspect engines or other components for cracks, breaks, or leaks.

Test engine and system operations using test equipment.

Listen to engines to detect and diagnose malfunctions.

Use tools such as ignition analyzers, compression checkers, distributor timers, and ammeters.

Take apart and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects
 Fabricate also metal jig plate for ignition, fuel valve, fcu and battery pack.
