2004 – 2008​Early career development at Nanbu Philippines Inc. (Japanese Company) as an Extruder Operator.​

2009 – 2011​Extruder Operator at OCTAL SAOC FZC LLC (US Company), added significance to the first experience in operation / manufacturing which embedded my skills in extrusion process for food packaging and PVC profile products.

Position Descriptions:

• Performs a variety of warehousing duties which requires an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan.
• Verifying materials or merchandise against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages thru Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR).
• Routing materials to prescribed storage methods and segregations.
• Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
• Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage.
• Removing material from storage and ensuring items are properly packaged / secured for shipment in accordance of all guidelines recommended by the following Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), International Air Transportation Association (IATA), AF-MAN 24-204 (Air Force Manual) and International Maritime for Dangerous Goods Codes (IMDG).
• Ensuring all shipments meets 8 hours Acceptable Performance Level (APL) in compliance with DOD requirements.

Position Descriptions:

Material Delivery and Coordination:

• Check all materials when arrive on site following our Contracting Procedures for “incoming goods” in coordination with the QA/QC section and immediately implement new items in the Stock list.
• Stacking/arrangement of each incoming goods/delivery to designated well-organized and systematized stocking places based on First in First out (FIFO) method.
• Checking/verification of actual goods delivered and its corresponding documents against required delivery documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers in order to deliver appropriate material as per the approved PO.
• Follow up on-time deliveries of materials from supplier to support work order and to avoid production down time considering optimum cost for the company.
Control of Cost & Materials for Production:

• Control of materials that is being used in production of marine transportation from ordinary boat to luxury yacht and naval speedboat.
• Maintain materials inventory in optimum level by ordering appropriate amount of materials, monitoring of production activities on material utilization and issues materials as per the approved requisition form.
• Materials issuance to production as per the material requisition approved by the Production Manager.
• Prepare the check-out voucher following the request of materials which have been approved by the Production Manager.
• Conduct regular cycle count at Stores area to avoid/minimize discrepancies during stock/inventory taking.
• Define activity-wise manufacturing and product costs
• Estimate BOM based on actual requirements
• Find opportunities to control cost across production processes
• Assess the capacity of machines and other expenses, in detail
• Analyze costs and trends accurately
• Track work order-wise costs incurred against standard costs
