Corporate Relationship Manager:
As a Corporate Relationship Manager, I oversaw all corporate affairs, sales and partnerships across
the country, responsible for growing the customer base through corporate channels, and increasing
relationships with the government and private institutions.
Key responsibilities:
 To identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status
customers from the identified target sectors.
 Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the
effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.

Key achievements:
 Helped in increasing the BBOXX Awareness through different channels such as
Social networks, meeting prospect customers and different presentations all to boost
our sales and revenues for the company.
 Participated in different meetings organized by different entities such as National
and International Organizations that increased the BBOXX Awareness where
BBOXX today is the first choice of electrification in Rwanda.
 Added 400 Customers in just 2 months who paid an up-front payment that
contributed 70% of monthly company revenues.
 Secured a partnership with an NGO called Practical Action which offered BBOXX an
award of installing 7000 refugees across 3 camps in Rwanda.

As a Retail Supervisor, I oversaw all the operations in the territory (Branch Level) related to

best performing team among the BBOXX branches.

Marketing Strategist.
As a Marketing Strategist, I was responsible for the hands-on management of client relationships
