I’ve experienced dealing different characteristics of the people and it teaches me how to become more innovative and patient at work. Through direct communication, I easily build rapport with people and to my subordinate as well. This emphasizes that no matter how pressure and stress I am, I can still persist my strong personality. This experience of mine also boost my confidence particularly in participating to every changes arising inside the organization especially in the world of business globalization.
