– Responsible for the validation/checking of uploaded and imported data in AcQuire. – In charge of safekeeping and maintenance of exploration database in AcQuire. – Responsible for the systematic filing of logsheets in AcQuire Management System. – Responsible in validating the compiled, processed and archived extensive volumes of data. – Trains project hired staff on the effective use of the AcQuire database. – Ensures that data submitted is correct by applying validation checks and raising the flag on questionable entries – Assure the integrity of all stored electronic databases and hardcopy equivalents. – Coordinates and checks with Geologists and/or responsible personnel regarding the accuracy of encoded data. – Creates or edits Excel importers for proper input/upload of data to AcQuire. – Creates or edits other programming scripts for use in updating the database. – Responsible for exporting data in required format from AcQuire database for analysis and inclusion in reports or presentations. – Edit data in PowerPoint for needed presentations, utilizing additional programs such as MS Access, Word for document reports and MS Excel. – Provides support, technical or otherwise, to Company personnel when required. – Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Company managers and other personnel. – Adhere to the different SOPs, policies, safety rules and regulations of the company. – Actively participates in Pep Talks and regular Safety meetings.
