My experience on my previous job was know how to creat a japanese thru PS5 software but it was a short period of time only because I was seleted and they give me an opportunity be one of tge leaders of that company. They trained me to be well grown Team Leader. They also give me the chance of being shorlisted as an Most Outstanding Employee but unfortunately i was not seleted to be of it because i was seleted to be a Leader and they give the Most Outstanding Employee award to other. As of now in my current job, being a newbie in BPO industry, i still manage of being a top performer.
