1. Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Secretary’s Certificate, Deed of Trust, Stock Certificate, Proxy and other corporate secretarial services
2. Incorporation and Post-Incorporation works
3. Assisting Lawyers in preparing a due diligence memorandum which includes inquiring for different government agencies, drafting letters
5. Assisting in filing cases
6. Preparing and assisting expat clients for their working visas
7. Trademark search and Patent registration
8. Some Bureau of Internal Revenue filings
9. Assisting lawyers in filing the Intial Public Offerings with the Stock Exchange Commission ans Philippine Stock Exchange
10. Schedule and calendar appointment of lawyers
Given the job descriptions I am currently working with, I believe somehow I reached some of the requirements an employer might be looking for.
