I have been with the company for almost 12 years. As part of the Escalation team for American Express Incentive Services helps me improve my problem solving and decision making skills. After 3 years of dedication, I was transferred to a different programs within the company. One of them is Microsoft Online Safety and I was promoted as a Vendor Technical Lead as a counter part for Microsoft Partners Technical Lead in the main site. I help organize some processes which I think needs some improvement and create new processes and materials which are easier to understand. Given an opportunity to be part of the program, I always make the effort to improve everything that can still be improved and take on the responsibility and the challenge to make a success of it.
