Handle customer inquiries in accordance to established service policies and red namely billing, adding additional line, upgrading for a new device, troubleshooting, adding international plan, looking for the best plan that suits their budget, and other customer-related concerns.
Well-versed in resolving conflicts by understanding problems clearly and seeking out possible solutions through employing the creative thinking process
Assuring that each and every customer is happy and satisfied to the service of the company
Handle customer inquiries in accordance to established service policies and procedures namely billing, orders, upgrading for a new device, process replacement for the device and orders
Provides troubleshooting if the device is not responding, unable to connect to internet, unable to download the book and if the book is not showing to the device library.
Answering emails, phone-calls and SMS regarding customer’s concerns.
Provide information with regards to the customers order and membership.
Calling the Customer to provide upgraded plan and phone.
Provide advise to the customer for much better plan and phone that suits to their needs.
