RwandaI’m holder of Master’s degree in Business Administration, Option of Project Management from UNILAK, and bachelor Degree in Rural Development and Agribusiness, from ISAE-BUSOGO actually called “University of Rwanda, College Of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine” (URCAVM), on top of that I have an experience of thirteen years, including four years working in Local Government and nine years working in Non-Government Organizations especially in Agriculture, Resilience and Livelihoods, and Gender responsive as project implementer Staff with routine monitoring and Evaluation, for those nine years worked for NGOs, I served Vi Agroforestry Programme Rwanda for 3 years working closely with women small holder farmers and four years working in Plan International Rwanda as Community Development Facilitator implementing PAGES Project (Promoting African Grassroots and Economic Security Through Education and Skills), Gender Responsive Schools Project and implementing Gender Responsive in Secondary Schools, and two years worked for World Vision Rwanda as Project Facilitator in Re-greening Africa Project, where I’m coordinating the project activities at District level, working closely with local Government, local partners NGOs, Farmer Cooperatives and Lead Farmers, Gender equality and disability inclusion are mostly considered.
