My duties:
Reinforce the main teacher in the lessons being discussed
Assess and assist the pupils in their homework and its practical application in daily activities
Teach pupils through fun learning in Math, Science and in English to have more understanding of the topic being taken on a particular day.
These are my following roles:
Conduct assessment to the new clients
Monitor vital signs of clients
Perform pertinent application of modalities to clients
Guide clients to exercises that would improve ROM and functionality.
Monitor clients of their respective PT schedule/session.
Track and organize client’s records and documents
Maintain cleanliness and organize clinic
My assigned task:
Monitoring of client’s vital signs.
Assist client to perform his daily task like grooming, bathing and making up the bed.
Tight monitoring of client’s blood sugar level
Administer insulin injection to client whenever necessary
Assist, monitor and ensure client on drug intake
Routinely bring client to park for recreation or fun learning
Accompany client to daily gym to maintain and to decrease blood sugar level
Prepares nutritious food for the client
Ensures micro and macro nutrient intake
Accompany client to medical and dental appointments
My major responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of health and social services by conducting monthly meeting and feed backing with key staff. Address issues and concern arises.
Initiate field visits to counter check the efficiency of health and social services rendered.
Conduct family counseling especially to those who are affected by calamities, lose and abuses.
Submit report to direct supervisor on a regular basis.
These were my duties before I was promoted and the Regional level:
Ensure delivery of services through Disaster Response Operation Procedures (DROP) in the context of addressing early recovery and rehabilitation in affected areas.
Coordinates with the local stakeholders in the process of Sub-project implementation.
Conducts massive community consultation to answer priority health needs in the community.
Manage and supervises 15 staff to capacitate community volunteers in Sub-projects implementation.
Convene local leaders for Data Assessment Needs Analysis (DANA).
Submits report to the sub-regional and regional level.
Responsible for the supervision of approved social mobilization and social marketing strategies and activities of task force federations.
Responsible in mobilizing support at the provincial/city levels to increase resources for health problems and ensuring quality diagnosis and management
Plans, coordinates, implements and evaluates strategies and activities together with the Regional and City Coordinators, local health workers and local government officials.
Attend meeting, planning and assessment called by Provincial Health Council for the Welfare of Children, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and other partner agencies.
Support and assist Health staff in daily outreach work, and deliver face-to-face counseling and care to clients.
Establish and maintain linkages with other stakeholders and relevant government and non-government organization to ensure delivery of consistent and health services.
Provide regular oversight on the quality of services and information provided by the Health Outreach Worker.
Collate output data and submit reports to office on monthly basis.
Management for Left Hemiplegic patient:
1. Administer Hygiene-bathing, tooth brushing
2. Feeding and monitoring of nutrient intake
3. Monitoring of client’s maintenance medicines
4. Take and monitoring vital signs
5. Facilitate pertinent exercise to maintain limbs’ range of motion and avoid muscle atrophy.
