- As safety Officer,I have to conduct monitoring at site every day to check if the workers at site are following the safety measures that is being implemented by the companies’ Safety procedures.
- Any violation found at site,i have to talk to the concerned person and give advise on how to do the activity in a safe manner.
- If the workers insist on doing unsafe acts,I have to enforce the safety procedures by giving them warnings or refer them for safety re training program.
- I have to report any good and bad results being done at site to the safety manager.
