Manage daily operations, by doing different process such as a main processor of Ecuador and Mexico PO, Non – PO, Prepayments, Intercompany (Commercial, Liquidation, and RNV), and Travel and Expense Invoices and supports other countries if queue is on high volume (Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Bolivia) and apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems like sending emails/queries in resolving issues for processing, do management queue such as routing, validating, editing and deleting of the invoices in order to meet the service level agreements of 98.5% for quality and 3-days TAT.

Scan Invoices in both Voucher Entry and Journal Entry

Train newbies in processing invoices from complex to medium kind and update DTP’s/ SWI for necessary changes and updates.

Perform AD HOC Task and Operational Excellence Task such as Queue Count, ATCAT, Prime sphere and Deck preparation for monthly report.
