▪ After a thorough product verification and identification, RFQ/s will be sent to the Mother Unit in Japan, Hitachi Ltd in which Technical and Commercial proposal and highly recommended Quotations will be generated for specific customer requirements.

▪ When official quotation is received, prepare and deliver technical or commercial proposal to the valued customer as per their requirement on the RFQ/s.

▪ After quotation have been delivered to the valued customer, follow-up status, and confirm with the customer when will be the requirement be needed in which there is a production lead time to follow as per specific spare part. Production Lead Time varies depends on what kind of Industrial Rotating Equipment Spare Parts the valued customer has ordered.

▪ Provide technical and commercial support and services regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of the Industrial Rotating Equipment. Provide quotations and arrangement of shipments. Manage price negotiation with customers.

▪ Plan and recommend modification to improved materials or machinery to the customers with product documentations and configurations to show how much it will dramatically changes or increase production on a lower cost and meet the customers need.

▪ Create sales or service contracts for aftersales products and engineering services. Process orders into system and keeping track of order status. 6 weeks prior to delivery of the good, Shipping Documents such as Shipping Invoice, Payment Invoice, and Packing List are being prepared and to be submitted to the Shipper (Manufacturer). Liaise and manage delivery to ensure order fulfillment.
