2. Competently performs IV insertion and administration of age-specific intravenous medications including chemotherapeutic agents as well as insertion of nasogastric tube, urinary catheter as per physicians order
3. Pre- / Post- Operative / procedural care of patients
4. Application of eye pad and eye shields
5. Transfusion of blood and blood products / blood extraction and care of blood sample / specimen
6. Post-mortem care and documentation
• Observe an Assist Special Procedures such as;
1. Knee Aspirations, thoracentesis / paracentesis; lumbar puncture; bone marrow aspiration and biopsy; ascetic/pleural tapping and aspiration biopsy
