FIELD SUPERVISOR for 11 years
Description
As field supervisor I do the following task everyday such as:
1.Prepare reports,payroll,proposals and budgets for proposed sites or system,
2. Discuss plans with clients,contractors so they can be evaluated and necessary changes made,
3.Supervise palm oil production and other plant operation,
4.Supervise agricultural machinery and equipment to ensure adequate performance,
5.Visit sites to observed any plant production problems, to consults with contractors or monitor construction activities.
