With a solid 20 years of experience in the field of operations in 4 different process plants, Very well in analysing, reviewing and troubleshooting skills relating to resolving operational technical problems and Proficient in reading the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). Knowledgeable in operating (DCS) Distributed Control System (Centum CS-1000/3000 Yokogawa with operating Windows NT) and interpreting logic diagram. Highly competent in operating industrial plant machines such as pumps, compressors, gas turbines, utilities and other process equipments.
1. Make Regular Routine Checks of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are Functioning Correctly in Accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
2. Report all Equipment and Instrument Defects and Leaks Immediately to my Executive Engineer and take Possible Corrective Action.
3. Check and Record in the Plant Log Sheet Each and Every Hour a variety of Reading such as Oil and Gas flow, Temperature and Pressure and Record usual Occurrences after reporting them to my Executive Engineer.
4. Start, Check and Stop Pumps Locally According to Instructions or in case of Emergency.
5. JSA-JOP SAFETY ANALYCES like pre Tour Job Safety, Work Permit System, Group Meeting, Tool box Talk, Stop Card System and LOG OUT/ TAG OUT.
6. Assist in Isolating Draining, Purging and Handing over Equipment for Maintenance on Inspection and Check the Equipment for its Correct Operations When the Maintenance job is Completed.
7. Assist in Carrying out the Routine weekly Run test of Equipments like Emergency Diesel Generator, Diesel and Electrical Fire Pumps, etc.
8. Unload Chemicals into Tanks for Injections Start and Adjust the Flow rate of Chemical Injection Pumps as Required.
9. Check the water/oil interface level in Sumps Tanks and operate their Pumps locally when they required.
10. Initiate and Lead Fire Fighting or other Emergency Actions in my Area until it is taken over by Higher Authority.
