I am writing to express my interest to apply for Admin Assistant. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Banking and Finance at Ateneo de Naga University, March 2007. I gained units in Master of Science in Resource Management Major in Entrepreneurship from June – October 2015.  Formerly work as Collection Officer at Citibank, Quezon City. I was assigned at the Credit Operation Department from February 2010 to May 2012. I was also employed at the Local Government Unit of Pili. I was assigned at the Accounting as Accounting Staff from July 2007 to December 2007. I had my On the Job Training experience at G – 7 Bank, Panganiban Drive, Naga City from December 2006 to January 2007.

Currently, I am working in this University at the Office of Commission on Audit from July 2013 to present performing the following functions:

·         Receive monthly report of collections and deposits of the agency for Main and Pasacao Campus.

·         Receive and prepare schedules of collections and deposits in all funds of the agency for Main and Pasacao Campus.

·         Conduct inspection of supplies and deliveries.

·         Organize files of reports for collections and deposits for Main and Pasacao Campus and other submitted reports.

·         Monitor submitted and not submitted official receipts and other reports.

·         Assist in report preparation and other mandatory reports.

·         Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Auditor.
