- Coordinate daily with the buyers and purchasing agent. Ensure and secure the best deals for products and services as well as working on the most complex purchases for the company.

- Extracting the exact vendor from Research & development team to make the business smooth.
- Issuing purchase order’s based upon the confirmation of RFQ’S
- Follow up with the supplier’s till the delivery of shipment on time from supplier’s warehouse to company warehouse.
- Liaise with the account payable to ensure the payments of the suppliers are met as per the credit period thus ensuring trusting relations with the vendors.
- Professional way of speaking and communication with suppliers.
- Providing all support and approved documents details to the Finance department at the time of finalization.
- Confers with the vendors to obtain product of service confirmation, such as, availability and delivery schedule.
