Experience in Business Process Analysis
As a functional Consultant it is mandatory for one to have knowledge of BPR because this is the basis for system setups. Business Requirement must be gathered, analyzed and mapped with the system to be implemented. This is to identify if there are gaps. Identified gaps are handled by what is known as solution design which include re-engineering, work around and customization in order to deliver the system/application for the Client.

Job Description Summary
· Conduct scooping in order to analyze and clarify the current business process in lieu with the future business process
Mapping the current business process (AS-IS) with the future business process (TO-BE) with a view to design and build a software solution tailored along with the organization business needs
Identify integration issues and develop a solution to those issues
Implementation and configuration of the system based on identified gaps to suit the organization business process.
Documentation of the implementation steps and procedures, and preparation of training manuals to assist clients in gaining better understanding of the system processes
Clarify processes to the end user and business stakeholders as expected to elicit comments and feedbacks
Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available.
Design and develop data migration tools such as Data loader for easy integration and migration of data
Provide supports on both pre and post go live with a view to resolve issues and helping the end users to understand the various application processes
Reporting project status and Liaising with technical personnel in resolving issues that are technically inclined.
Receptive to feedback/coaching on performance from clients and other members of the team.
