Job Description: Perform Reliability Construction Analysis services such as cross-section of Gold, Copper and Silver (LECO for cross-section grinder and BUEHLER for cross-section polisher), chemical decapsulation of Gold, Copper and Silver (SESAME LASER DECAPSULATION and PLASMA ETCHER for Copper wire), ion milling (HITACHI ion mill polisher),parallel lapping, thermal and mechanical delidding and Etching, Analytical services like SEM Analysis (FE-SEM and WHISKER SEM), and Non-standard/ Full Construction Analysis like destructive and non-destructive test such as External inspection (OLYMPUS and NIKON for Low and High magnification), Electrical Testing (Curve Tracer and Huntron OS tester), X-ray Inspection (YESTECH and XRADIA 3D Machine), Internal Inspection (OLYMPUS and NIKON for Low and High magnification) and CA report generation (Technical reports based on results gathered).

And also willing to extend to finish the urgent request on commit date. Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of customers (internal or external). Can complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards / regulations. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by my supervisor from time to time. Can also handle different acids such as Nitric Acid (HNO3), Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4), and Mixed Acids for chemical etching such as NaOH and Aqua Regia, Dynasolve and Acetone. Can also interpret SAT photos/results for any anomaly.
