Responsible for all IT/AV Technical equipment in hotel activities,laptop,multi-media projector,sound system,lightning room multimedia speakers,audio video and configuration wireless connections in the internet access in the hotel.also set-up a Wan-Lan /mobile connections.manning in hotel activities staff  events in function room.also assisting all the guest room and staff offices for there needs in IT/AV technical equipment. Also have a report every weekend for the checking of function room equipment multimedia projector, projector screen, audio visual equipment, av rack, wireless access point for the defectiveness puposes.IT/AV technician based in Five star hotel. Responsible to attend and repairing maintenance in IPTV System, IP Telephony, and Smart TV repair in every guest room and staff offices. Also responsible to the guest complain in IPTV System, IP Telephony,wifi access point and av equipment. Also responsible for installation and pulling cabling from switch to guest room and staff offices. Also knowledgeable and responsible in IPTV System, IP Telephony Wi-Fi access point  and audio visual configuration and technical  troubleshooting. Also responsible in tracing power cable and cat6 cabling IT/AV technician is under by the Engineering Department
