I’m looking for a job where i can utilize my knowledge and skills.I finished my bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I worked as Food attendant for almmost a year. After graduation I worked as HRM instructor for 2 years and my most recent job is a customer service represenative handling flight reservation for frontier airlines
Duties and responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls within guidelines/ goals established by the client and contact center managements
• Consistently achieved call quality score goals to assist in achieving client and customer satisfaction goals.
• support customer via phone support in line with reservation, cancellation and rebooking of flights for frontier airlines
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more sources or more senior staff.
• Handle problem resolution that may require follow-up and escalation to a higher level of expertise
• Maintain knowledge of clients business, products and/ or services
• Attend training sessions to maintain or improve level of skills.
• Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time
• Contribute to the holistic learning of students
• Intensify student’s knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage Services, Principle of Tourism, Bartending, Culinary Arts, Asian and western Cuisine and Baking
Activities
• Facilitate teaching- learning process in the fields of Tourism and Hospitality industry
• Plan and Organize instruction that maximizes student learning
• Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies and utilize instructional technologies for student’s learning if necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness of training facilities
• Maintain accurate records of students learning and submit it to the Dean and Program Head

• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Wash soiled dishes, Maintain the cleanliness of the stewarding section
• Clean tables and/or counters after guest have finished dining
• Clean the dining area before and after the operation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area during operation
• Arrange all supplies in the stockroom after it has been received
• Follow instructions from managers
