WebSphere Administrator
WebSphere Administrator provides production support of WebSphere Application Server not excluding WebSphere Portal Server, where needed, on UNIX (Sun Solaris & IBM AIX) Operating System platforms.
Support the following environments:
• Development Environment
• Integration Environment
• QA Environment (Quality Assurance Test Environment)
• Cert Environment (Outside Vendor access to Prudential internal apps)
• PROD Environment (Primary Production Environment)

• Implement all assigned and scheduled change controls.
• Open or update Remedy Problem Ticket through the OCC whenever unscheduled work is initiated. All unscheduled work must be approved in advance in writing by the appropriate Prudential manager.

Windows Web Administrator
NT Web Administrator provides support of Windows Based Web environments and the application running on these. These environments include Windows 2008, Windows 2012 IIS 7.5, 8 and the .NET Framework Web environments include both Intranet and Internet based applications.

Key tasks and responsibilities includes:
• Monitor Lotus Notes for WARP Implementation requests assigned to them. Coordinate installs based on these requests using Remedy tickets as required.
• Review various E-Commerce provided status and reporting mechanisms to insure servers’ health and compliance.
• Apply patches as required, according to a schedule to be developed between the BU’s and NT Web Engineering
• Provide on-call services as a first contact for any issues that may develop during the overnight period (EST).
• Perform IIS and .NET installs and setup to NT Web Engineering standards including working with vendor technicians and internal Prudential service providers as appropriate.
• Perform required troubleshooting tasks at the time errors or problems occur in the system.
• Document all activity and progress in the appropriate WARP entries. In addition, send out e-mail notification as well as phone status to the designated BU and CTM personnel when appropriate.

Operations Analyst – Level 3 Support
