SCOPE OF WORKS:
 Initiatively/independently check and review of architectural drawings with various details in conjunction to specifications, bill of quantities, structural drawings and electro-mechanical drawings throughout construction period of project. Managed and design organized solution of documenting the complex data into single file system. Attained ease of searching specific files in less than 3 minutes. Gained wide overview of project, extracted the cause and effect of delay to 35%.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

 Planned, managed and prepared the architectural shop drawings index with schedule of submission to consultant for approval.
 Analyzed, revised & updated shop drawing using Auto CAD, which is corresponds to comments of consultant & head architect.
 Responsible in presentation & modification of color render plans, elevations, Sections and perspective including the whole site.

 Check and review of external precast concrete panel by supplier and counter check and co-ordinate with electro-mechanical and plumbing. Assured the size and location of the hole for pipes and ducts that design to penetrate thru the thickness of panel. And counter check and co-ordinate as well with civil-structural to ensure proper alignment, bearing, tolerance, symmetry and to free from obstruction when it is get fix by machine bolt with adjoining angle plates rest to reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs. Received commendations from consultants and suppliers, obtained ease and fast pace of installation.
 Authorized to check, review and signatory on submittal of coordination of composite plan drawings from mechanical-electrical-plumbing prior before submittal to consultant. Achieved 100% assurance upon incorporation of design, location of composites of each systems in mep without clashes to other systems installed and zero visibility of protrude element of mep system on the finish profile of the building.
