Greetings!
I am Jonita G. Patricio, a graduate from Surigao del Norte State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
I had worked as a trainee at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino with the Front Office, Concierge and other department in year 2015 with a total of 360 working hours. During my training there I developed my skills and capabilities in both communication and personal skills for all of the departments I was assigned. I also worked as a trainee in Dedon Island Siargao Resort last year and I was a Guest Relations Officer and a Food and Beverage Waitress there with a total of 720 working hours, where I also developed my fluency in communication skills and guest services. I had work also in Phinma Plaza as a Receptionist for a year where I developed my guest understanding in year 2017-2018.Lastly I had work as an Executive Assistant in an tax and audit firm, Reyes Tacandong & Co for year 2018-2019 where I develop my admin skills and executive skills. These experiences had made me boost the knowledge and skills I acquired about my course.
I am writing to apply as a receptionist in your respective establishment, I am physically fit to work with qualification requirements needed.
