JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for analyzing and processing of MRP output pertaining to raw and packaging material
requirements

2. Regularly review stock requirement lists such as Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders to fit the
Rolling Forecast. Adjust the need by dates if necessary.

3. Schedules delivery of raw materials, packaging materials and other operating supplies (M&S), and
monitor supplier compliance to these schedules.

4. Coordinates with the buyers, production planners, suppliers, Stores and QA personnel on delivery and
and material issuance matters.

5. Ensures availability of materials and supplies based on production schedules.

6. Adheres to “No PO, No delivery” policy.

7. Monitors compliance of his M&S Inventory level to the Inventory Policy established.

8. Monitors material ageing and non-moving items.

9. Monitors actual price bookings vs. budgetted prices. Negative variances should be reported for DMC
projection adjustments.

10. Forms part in improving cost through development of alternative materials and alternative suppliers.

11. Regularly reviews Inventory Policy parameters such as PR to PO lead time, delivery/shipping lead time,
MOQ, EOQ, QA evaluation, etc. It is his responsibility to ensure all changes in these parameters will
be reflected in the Master Data and MRP.

12. Facilitates claim to suppliers for short and/or damaged materials delivered.

13. Prepare reports for Plant OPCOM, S&OP, PIS, WOR, and other reports that may be required related
to his function.
