• Promote and sell nutritional products
• Assisting and guiding other distributors with their inquiry in promoting the product and in handling customers
• Setting up and presenting seminars for our prospected clients promoting our products
• Assisting more or less 50 customers upfront and via e-mail with regard to their inquiries and complaints about their mobile phone and services
• Closing and processing sales transactions and doing some administrative work assigned by the Manager
• Work as a liaison officer to different branches
• Assigned at 24hrs customer service hotline handling phone-in inquiries and complaints on mobile phone products & services.
• Monthly analysis and recommendation, daily extraction, validation, and checking of accuracy of the complaints submitted by the agents (deviated service request)
• Extraction of the daily Team attendance and productivity reports
• Monitoring, mentoring, and assisting other Customer Service Representatives
• Monitoring the entire operation ( Service Level, Schedule adherence, Network/System downtime, top 3 calls received by the agents, extended call of agents, new updates)
• Doing other administrative work assigned by the Team Leader or Senior Trainer
• Training other agents in doing reports and disseminating information of the company’s new products and services
• Extracting and searching contacts to the database.
• Sending and monitoring e-mails and voicemails of the brokers.
• Filling and encoding callbacks of the telemarketers and brokers including profiles of clients.
• Administrative works.
