Duties and Responsibility:

·         Assist Operations Manager and Senior Engineer for the organization, planning, direction and control machinery, labor/operator, maintenance, materials and environment.

·         Ensure implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) as per ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

·         Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.

·         Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.

·         Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes.

·         Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.

·         Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.

·         Check cylinders for hydrostatic pressure test validity, color code and filling pressure.

·         Prepare check list of cylinder quads to verify pressure purity, test validity and good condition.

·         Ensure gauges are calibrated and analyzers are in good condition.

·         Maintain safety of plant, equipment and personnel

·         Maintain criteria of operation under control.

·         Control all the identified activities, which has significant impact on the environment.

·         Make aware the people under his supervision on the importance of their activity and its significant impact.

·          Plan, direct, coordinates and control activities relative to quality inspection of products /

devices to ensure higher quality and to meet customer satisfaction.

·          Ensure that each inspector understands the quality policy for each process.

·         Coordinates with concerned department with regards to line problem, ensure that all assemble

products complied with standards and / or customer specification.

·          Accomplish inspection and rejection report based on inspection result.

·         Assist Quality supervisor in line monitoring & controlling documents.

·          Assist Quality supervisor in getting rejection rate.

·          Perform evaluation co-related to quality and productivity improvement.
