· The facilities engineer is responsible for all areas / buildings within his assigned zone/areas.
· Main focal point for regular random inspection, audit ppms and reactive, preventive & predictive maintenance tasks.

· Responsible for Troubleshooting and installation of computer Peripherals, hardware

· Reviewing the root causes analysis reports submitted by service provider for repetitive failures and discussing it with the manager in a weekly basis.
· Schedule weekly meeting with zone manager and area owner to discuss performance and ongoing activities.
· Supervise and monitoring punctuality of assigned manpower within zone/area of responsibility.
· Working closely with services providers to maintain high quality of services to kasc community/guests and ensure utmost satisfaction at all times.
· Ensure the completion of conducted maintenance activities on a timely manner, monitor quality and completion of jobs and qualification of contractor personnel.
· Ensure adherence to work permits procedures and following up preventive maintenance programs.
· Act as facilities liaison with the kasc community by effectivity and accurately communicating with staff, customers and administration on all issues, concerns and resolution.
