It is a Procurement and Construction project for a Resettlement Village prior to the construction of Oil & Gas project own by Anadarko Mocambique Area 1, Limitada. The project cost is USD136.15M covers road network & utilities, 570 housing units and 18 public buildings. I was assigned and tasked to lead the overall site planning works. Establish and maintaining the baseline schedule. Monitoring, updating and generate periodic performance reporting. Ensuring that the project is on track by coordinating to the concerned engineers and subcontractors. Attend weekly coordination meeting with the clients. Reports directly to the site manager & project director.

I had been employed at the power business sector dealing with an EPC project – Terga Combined Cycle Power Plant worth EUR600M owned by SKT located in Terga, Algeria. The scope of works are the installation of 3 units GT26, 3 units HRSG, 3 units STF15c & BOP facilities with a generation capacity of 1200MW. I was assigned and tasked to lead the overall site planning works. Monitoring & updating the master time schedule(MTS) and generate site time schedule(STS) for closely monitoring of activities & its implementation. Generate company’s control & monitoring system (CMS) periodic performance reporting. o The company involves in a Heavy Industrial and Power Plant Projects mostly in the Saudi Electric Company (SCECO) which has awarded a multi projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are dealing with an EPC Power Plant Projects from a simple cycle to a complex combined cycle technology of a gas turbine generated power plants. I am tasked to lead & assist the civil works planning & cost control department in the preparation of general program of works and its implementation. Monitoring and control manpower, equipments & materials on site. Check & evaluates subcontractor schedule & valuation. Generate periodic performance reporting. o Projects Undertaken:
1. USD3.0B Riyadh Power Plant (PP-10) with a generation capacity of 3,000MW built on a 5 square kilometers located in Al Kharj outside the capital of Riyadh, KSA. 36 GTG simple cycle base loaded gas turbines on treated crude oil for future conversion to combined cycle blocks with the addition of unfired HRSG’s and steam turbine gensets.
2. USD381M Reinforcement of Qassim Power Plant project extension-III 480MW located at the province of Qassim,KSA.
3. USD2.14B Qurayyah Open Cycle Power Plant with a generation capacity of 1,900MW located in Qurayyah, Abqiq at Eastern Province of KSA .
4. USD6.5B an additional extension of a Riyadh Power Plant ( PP-9 ) located at Riyadh, KSA from a simple cycle to a complex combined cycle technology which added 666 MW to the existing generation capacity of 2800 MW.

o The project is the implementation of a 146 km. Road Works & Infrastructures with major underground utilities such as water, drainage, sewer, electrical, telephone, street lighting & traffic signal works to include landscaping and irrigations in the contract amount of USD 53.65M. Our client is Ashgal Road Affairs of the Public Works Authority in Qatar which hired the consultant services of Maunsell Consultancy Services Ltd. I am in-charge for the preparation of general program of works, time extension program for variation orders, monthly progress reports, one-month & one-week look ahead schedule using primavera and excel; Ensuring that the project is on track by monitoring and control; Makes program updates and recovery plan as necessary; Attend on other projects for tendering and make program of works as required; Reports directly to the project manager.

o The project is a 784 km. Bohol Circumferential Roads Improvement in the contract amount of USD 15.86M for package II –Valencia-Jagna-Candijay Section of the Department of Public Works & Highways which covers new concrete roads and asphalting pavements to include drainage, seashore protection, cutting & blasting of route obstruction, box culverts and bridge retrofitting. In-charge on the preparation of general program of works, monthly progress reports, one-month & one-week look ahead schedule; Assist project monitoring and control of its implementation in accordance with the general program of works; Responsible for the program updates and make such recovery plan as necessary; Review implementing plans, estimates and records actual quantities with corresponding work duration; Prepare necessary time extension program for possible variation against original contract; Attend regular construction coordination meeting with client & its representatives; Reports directly to the Project Manager.

o Our company engaged on EPCM for the renovation and conversion of passenger & cargo ships exclusively owned by WG&A / Aboitiz Transport Group. We had undergone dry-docking works at Keppel Cebu Shipyards Inc. an affiliate of Keppel-Singapore for four major Super Ferry Ships No. 12, 17, 18 & 19 on its hotel renovation & conversion in the total contract amount of USD 6.65M. The work involves the redesign & implementation of the sewer & drainage line, hot & cold water supply, additional structural decks & repair works, sandblasting, external film application and the architectural works to include restaurants, bunk beds, suite & business class rooms; Serves as an overall inspector for our client on dry-docked operations of newly acquired second hand ships with additional decks and the refurbishing of hotel interior for their existing passenger ships; Prepare fast track program of works as required by the urgency of its maiden voyage; Responsible for the daily monitoring of works in accordance with the marina standard plan and specification to include the strict implementation of naval safety rules & regulation; Supervise a team of inspectors for civil, structural, architectural, electrical and piping works including the construction group and all specialty subcontractors; Tracking and monitoring project status and evaluates daily progress development with respect to the crash program; On board ships on its maiden voyage for a period of at least a month to observe and maintain the implemented works stability and safety to the passenger’s welfare; Attend regular coordination meeting with the owner or representatives, the shipyard personnel & the ships naval officers; Reports directly to the Project Manager.
