I am Jose Bambino G. Miguel Jr, currently employed as Branch Operation Specialist in one of the private company here in Zamboanga City.

Under my duties and responsibilities are encoding of purhase, cashiering and finance and technical support such as update of software and troubleshooting.  I started in this company since 2009, being the company’s encoder where I encode the purchase made by a client, I also do client registrations and doing powerpoint presentations for assemblies and recognitions.  After 4 years of being an encoder, I was moved to cashiering where I do basic cashiering obligations, preparing correspondence such as welcome letters, spur letters and Attorney’s demand letters. I also do manage and follow ups on client’s past dues accounts. aside from these things, I do update managers on their monthly challenges and sales goals.

My out of office jobs inlcude basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting such as formatting and software installations.

I am also proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
