Mabe Celaya knowledge in production processes in the manufacturing area, performing operations of the line 1 conveyor where it monitored production, reporting defective material to quality personnel, maintained the flow to the line and solved maintenance problems that caused shutdowns of line also warned my superiors of the cause, making line starts and equipment release.

I was as a repairman allowing me to know all the operations of the manufacturing area where I inspected, validated and released defects such as deformations, incrustations, bumps and scratches, poor assembly of materials proceeding to repair, carrying out a SCRAP control, I obtained quality knowledge and kanban performing the rapid change of model and inventory control in buffers differentiated by model and code.

I was supplying material to the line stations and sequencing of models maintaining line flow, inventory control and model changes. Working overtime and breaks performing compliance with M.A and reporting findings in machinery and equipment.

In addition to my work, I support as a team facilitator promoter managing safety, quality, RH, MA, FM and productivity promoters applying knowledge of leadership, teamwork, problem solving, kaizen, guiding my team to comply with the results , development of improvements and presentations to management.

Knowledge in quality processes and instruments (vernier, arc micrometer, spectrometer, among others) lean manufacturing and basic quality tools (diagrams, histograms, pivot tables, data analysis and graphs) knowledge of ISO 9000, AMEF, software ( AutoCAD, Promodel, winqsb, minitab, etc.)

5´s safety knowledge, energy control and findings reports, handling of equipment such as pneumatic, manual, mechanical and electrical tools, control panels. I currently use advanced Microsoft office (Word, Power Point and Excel) and knowledge of intermediate English.

Ciber where I gained experience in customer service and attention, support in solving computer problems, time control and handling of computer equipment (printers, CPU and modem).
