Civil Engineer Supervisor, Responsibilities and Duties

1. Prepare as-built architectural plans and construction activity log book.

2. Assist management in direct oversight of progress work of the contractors.

3.  Review and study the plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates from the contractors of the  renovation projects of the building;

4. Supervise and monitoring the activities and work progress of each contractors trade (pumbing,electrical,mechanical,fire protection,civil,architectural).

5. Prepare as-built plans from the contractors and documents as per required by SBMA.

6. Coordinate with the SBMA fire dept. and health & safety dept. for there building inspection.

7. Coordinate with the SBMA Engineering dept. team for there building inspection.

8. Comply and prepare all checklist requirements given by SBMA for application of occupancy permit.

9. Prepare proposed plans for new parts, time studies and prepare quotations request by the client;

10. Provide blow-ups plan with details each parts of the building

Pollution Control officer, Responsibilities and Duties

1. Attend to all permitting and registration requirements of the establishment prior to the construction and securing of nessary pollution permits and renewal to ECOLOGY DEPT. SBMA

2. Attend, as duly authorized representative of the establishment, technical conferences, hearings, and meetings especially on matters pertaining to pollution

3. Monitoring activies pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities with the end in view of ensuring their compliance with the air, noise and water quality standard; the PCO and the head of establishment shall he held responsible for any violations of PD 984 and its implementing rules and regulations committed by establishment

4. Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the establishment such as hazard waste storage.

5. Monitoring of proper disposal of solid waste and hazard waste of the establishment.

6. Submit quarterly a Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) form to ECOLOGY DEPT. and prepare weekly SMR for random inspection of ECOLOGY DEPT.

7. Initiate and intensify environmental management activities including awareness campaign.

8. Handle other matter of invironmental concern as required by the company management.
