Job Description as OIC Fire Fighter / Emergency Response Team

·      Performs monthly inspection on all built-in fire protection equipment available within the area of responsibility (Fire Hose Cabinet / Fire Extinguisher and etc.)
·      Respond to all Fire Alarms within the area of responsibility. Check & Locate the activated Smoke Detectors, Heat detectors Fire Action Points and etc. during Fire Alarm.
·      Execute Discipline, leadership, Trainings, Paper works, and other activities of ERT.
·      Assist & Help the Medical / Ambulance Team in an emergency medical rescue operation.
·      Respond to all rescue operation at the Dry Dock / Platforms Modules /Submersible Oil rigs / Buoy /Confined Space / Yards and etc.
·      Participate on all the trainings / drills conducted by the QHSE Department.
·      Standby on areas where there is a high risk of flammable activity, A present of ATEX, Welding works at a paint store and etc.
·      Conducts Lecture / training on basic fire dynamics, fire extinguisher and etc. to the supervisors, foreman and workers requires by the company.
·      Perform weekly and quarterly physical fitness test.
·      Perform other duties that the QHSE Department may assign.

Job Description as Fire Fighter, Chief Logistics section Chief of Barangay Wack- Wack Greenhills East

·      Performs inspection on vehicles, equipment, uniforms, supplies and other emergency component of the brigade.
·      Be capable of taking leadership role at any and all incidents.
·      Carry out procedures for the checking and maintenance of ambulance vehicles equipment.
·      Be skilled at interaction with other emergency services.
·      Responsible for the new technology or development of emergency apparatus and equipment.
·      To help maintain all other gears and equipment, such as but not limited to hoses, under the supervision and control of the DFC.
·      Attend required trainings sessions to attained required level of proficiency.
·      Respond to all forms of emergencies (firefighting, medical and rescue) within the area of jurisdiction.
·      Conducts lecture / training on BLS-CPR theoretical and practical course, basic first aid, fire dynamics, fire extinguisher and etc. Implements fire prevention and protection program of the brigade.
·      Conducts and coordinates fire and life safety inspection of existing properties.
·      Conducts basic life support/CPR, basic first-aid trainings upon request from various groups/organizations.
·      Conducts tree pruning activities within the jurisdiction of the brigade for fire prevention programs
·      Perform other duties that the higher officer may assign.
