I’m a High School Graduate who made it this far by hardwork.

I’ve been working for both Customer Service and Techical Support for 2 years here in the Philippines, I’ve Met a lot of people through phone calls, E-mails, and chat.

I’ve started working when I was 18 years old, My first job was with ZENTURI, a company here in the Philippines that process withdrawals and deposits, I left the position as an encoder after 6 months, I then transferred to a different industry, I felt a lot pressure that time, But I was able to manage and became one of the best performer in AMAZON which is the second company I’ve worked for.

Another 6 months have passed when I decided to step up a bit further and Applied for a Technical Support for Dish Network, It is Indeed the most difficult Job I’ve been with, as a technical support I troubleshoot customer’s Television and internet concerns, I explain Billing discrepancies if there’s any.

My last employment was just this year 2019 month of February, I provided service for JP Morgan Chase Bank Inc., I decided to quit to fulfill my dream on working and living abroad.

My last employment was just this year 2019 ended at the month of February, I provided service for JP Morgan Chase Bank Inc. as a Claims Specialist for 3 months, We process claims for Fraud, Lost card, Unauthorized Transaction, And Duplicate Charge Etc.
