Conclusion:

I have a strong client and employee focus with the ability to communicate and deal with people from a diverse range of backgrounds in remote projects. I have had to manage many challenging client and internal matters and have resolved them in a professional, cost effective and timely manner.

I have worked in South Africa, Madagascar, Papue New Guinea and Russia. An accomplishment I am particularly proud of is the Exxon Mobil HSS&E Subcontractor of the year award which in itself is of a world class performance, not only with the project in Australia, but as well in Russia. The main contribution for this accomplishment was the Safety Culture that was cultivated across company and hierarchy borders.

I have a demonstrated effective ability to launch, implement and maintain HSSE programs and initiatives gained through practical experience. All projects are subjective to different phases and all of those phases bring about unique challenges and solutions. I bring with me a wealth of experience that can add to the successful execution of your projects and company. I always keep the organization in mind and consider the employees as a huge part of this success.

To close: I bring with me an attribute which is rare and that is passion for what I do.
