Project Overview: The Sakhalin-1 project includes an estimated total resource of 2.3 billion barrels (307 million tons) of oil and 17 trillion cubic feet (485 billion cubic meters) of natural gas. The project is now undergoing an expansion to the North side better known as OS2 Expansion Project
Responsibilities:
• Establish, ensure implementation and maintenance of Project Health and Safety, Environmental, Security, Journey Management, Winterization Plan in line with corporate and client requirements that meets local and international standards and requirements.
• Advise the Project Management and all personnel assigned to the project in matter related to HSE.

The overall project achieved a 20 Million Safe Hours.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corp. HSE Policy) and continually improvement.
• Create, present / facilitate toolbox talks relevant to local and Eastern Expats to ensure workers comprehend the content thereof.

Initiated on site Poster campaign and coffin campaign where workers were involved in a very personal capacity. These initiatives were complimented by the Exxon to the extent that it contributed towards Kentz being recognized as the SSHE Contractor of the year in 2014.

Conclusion:
