Responsible for a wide variety of tasks associated with maintaining a safer workplace. ensuring that the workers are properly trained regarding company-specific standards like training responsibilities, may involve conducting safety orientations, Daily Tool Box meetings, periodic safety meetings, training sessions, on a wide range of safety topics, involve in creating maintaining and communicating safety-related policies and procedures as well as ensuring that they are followed. Responsible for enforcing safety policies including making decisions regarding appropriate discipline for infractions. Proactively involve in ensuring that proper activities are observed in the workplaces during commissioning and start-up, ensure that the safety parameters during shut down and maintenance are followed (LOTO Systems), Responsible for routine gas testing, site inspection, and audit during operation of the plant while not yet handover to the client.

Serve as a Safety Team Leader for turn around and maintenance, in charge of equipment isolation prior to opening the manhole of drums, furnace, tower, reactor equipment. Conduct atmospheric monitoring on the confined space to ensure that equipment is safe to work. Monitoring for full out of bundle tube and Heat exchanger. Sadara Petrochemical Project (ISO Chem II)

Serve as a PMT HSE Officer for petrochemical construction and commissioning stage, conduct weekly site management walkthrough, site audit. Also, for reviewing of PTW, JSA, construction variance issue, construction query. Reviewing mechanical isolation prior to confined space entry on the tanks, vessels, drum, exchanger, reactor and tower and electrical isolation of equipment if the LOTO procedure is properly implemented.
