10. Assist in reviewing the RAF, Fall Risk, Restraints, death cases and complete the Mortality Review Form of residents.
11. Maintain and ensure accurate documentation of all care rendered as required by the Company’s quality procedures and guidelines.
12. Assist and conduct of structured activities and document participants response.
13. Communicate and discuss residents response to treatment/ interventions/acitivities and progress with Physician, Nursing Colleagues and Allied Health Care Team assign to resident.
14. Deliver safe and competent nursing care.
15. Demonstrate competent clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in delivery of care to residents.
16. Provide resident/family on information and education on delivery of care, process, disease prevention, treatment and interventions in accurate and concise manner.
17. Perform procedures in branch or at the homes of care recipients.
