An accomplished medical laboratory scientist with 14 years of working experience. Currently working as an International Laboratory Specialist with Integrated Quality Laboratory Services (IQLS). Previously with the Population- based HIV Impact assessment surveys (PHIA), (with ICAP and University of Maryland) URC and Namibia Institute of Pathology among other employers. I have been involved in the development of strategic plans, training, utilizing SLPTA systems to measuring progress towards accreditation. I possess technical expertise in quality management systems, supply chain management, HIV Rapid Test Quality Assurance, research implementation and monitoring and country-level EQA scheme development and management.
